Mini Stay Art Boutique Hotel Chamarel

We had the pleasure of staying at the Art Boutique Chamarel Apartment, another dog friendly venture with our little fur baby pom Dora.
The hotel is based in the historic old town of Denia on the Carrer Dels Cavallers, 13, 0300, Denia, Alicante Spain.
On this occasion we opted not to stay in the main hotel, but instead to stay in its Apartment which is located a short walk from the main hotel. We chose this option as it was more spacious for us and offered an outside court yard that looked beautiful on the pictures.
The apartment was a split level with an upstairs bedroom, a nice large double. At the bottom of the stairs from the room it had large doors opening out onto a gorgeous court yard with a seating area.
On arrival we were checked in at the main reception and then walked by a chaperone to the apartment and given a complementary bottle of Prosecco with our stay. The lower floor of the apartment had a large sofa, TV, downstairs shower room and a fireplace that was lit with fairy lights.
The apartment had its own kitchen fully kitted with appliances, fridge etc so you could stay for a longer period and have everything needed to self cater within. On this occasion however we were only doing a small stop off and going out for dinner in the old town for the evening.
The decor of the apartment was very well kept, very clean with beautiful plants and modern tastes. The bathroom had one of those nifty touch mirrors with lights, you know the kind that makes you look at your best.
Restaurant Time,
Tasca Les Monges
For the evening we dined at the Tasca Les Monges in the old town, we had a steak, a large platter of fried fishes, my personal favourite padron peppers, patas bravas. The food was very good value for money, the old town itself offers a wide range of eating options and with our stay we tried a number of them.
